The Surrender of Japan

Today marks the anniversary of the surrender of the Empire of Japan. General Yoshijiro Umezu representing the Empire of Japan, along with Generals Douglas MacArthur, Chester Nimitz, and leaders of the allied nations signed the agreement to end the war.
